Hey there. Don't you just hate services that make it hard to figure out how to cancel their service? We don't want to be like that, so we're making this information as easy as possible to find. Of course we're sorry to see you go and we hope it isn't anything we could fix for you and you are just too shy or afraid to ask. But if your mind is made up, there are two ways to cancel your account:

Cancel online right now

To cancel right now, simply login to your Rockstar Bingo account and go to settings and choose 'Manage Subscription'. From there, choose 'Cancel Plan'. This link will take you right to the settings screen.

You can also email us at hello@rockstarantics.com, we can process the cancellation for you. It could take 24 to 48 hours.

You cannot cancel via the chat.
